Delivery & personalised returns
Personalisation takes 2–3 business days after a usable photo is received. Tracked delivery to Australia is estimated at 4–7 business days after dispatch; estimated total 6–10 business days. Remote destinations, public holidays, customs and carrier delays may extend delivery. See our shipping policy for country estimates.
Personalised items can be returned for non-quality reasons within 30 days of delivery, subject to the return conditions, a 30% restocking fee and customer-paid return postage. The restocking fee does not apply to damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items. Your applicable consumer rights are not affected. See our refund policy.
