Thank you for choosing PhilU. We are thrilled to create something special just for you. Because our items are customized and lovingly crafted by hand, our shipping process is a little different from a standard big-box store.
Below you will find everything you need to know about how your order is made, packed, and delivered.
1. Handcrafted Processing Time
Every PhilU piece is finished with care. Because we craft each item to order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be customized, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 15:00 AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be entered into our processing queue on the following business day.
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times & Dispatch
We dispatch most orders from our Sydney studio. However, during high-demand periods or for specific custom items, we may dispatch your order directly from our specialist workshop to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.
- Standard Delivery: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Rest assured, regardless of where your parcel is dispatched from, it undergoes the same strict quality control and comes with full tracking. Delivery times can vary depending on your location (e.g., metro areas vs. regional or remote areas) and current courier volumes.
4. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout to ensure smooth shipping.
- Incorrect Addresses: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the parcel is left unclaimed at the Post Office and returned to sender, a re-delivery fee may apply to resend the item.

Our Guarantee: If the error is on our end or the courier's end, we will, of course, resend your item immediately at no cost to you.
