How Does a Photo Projection Necklace Work?
A photo projection necklace contains a miniature personalised image within a small projection element. Light and viewing angle make the image visible; no battery or app is required for the jewellery itself.
View it directly
- Use a bright but comfortable light source behind the jewellery.
- Bring the projection element close to one eye.
- Move or tilt it slowly until the image becomes clear.
Project it with a phone torch
- Dim the room.
- Turn on a phone torch.
- Align the light with the back of the projection element.
- Aim toward a plain light-coloured surface and adjust distance until the image is clearest.
Why can the image look blurry?
Common causes include fingerprints, incorrect viewing distance, a bright room, off-centre lighting or a source photo with limited detail. Start by gently cleaning the projection surface with a soft dry microfibre cloth and then adjust the distance.
Does every product work exactly the same way?
